Here's what you'll deliver:

Directing all customer inquiries accordingly. Scheduling service appointments for client vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner. Must keep the appointment schedule up-to-date. Handling customer inquiries by phone and email. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Confirming service appointments, confirming time, date and transportation needs with clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers' standards. Assisting in administrative work, such as filing or other duties. Assisting the service department with seasonal tire storage. Other duties as requested by the Service Manager.

What you need to succeed:

At least 1 year of customer service experience is required. Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player, quick thinker and multi-tasking skills. Strong computer skills required. Excellent customer service skills. Proven interpersonal skills combined with a pleasant phone manner. Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills. Willing to work as a member of a team.

This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation:

$19.00 per hour
