SERVICE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining room, bar and bowling areas Maintaining cleanliness of bowling equipment including but not limited to balls, monitors, and gutters Assisting in running food and drink when required Maintaining steps of service and timing standards Assisting in bussing and resetting tables in a timely manner Assisting in washing, polishing and organizing glassware Ability to describe food and drink offerings to guests if prompted with questions Communicating any guest needs to servers or bartenders in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness of recycling and garbage areas Ability to help stock beverage items if required Any additional duties requested by management team

Qualifications:

Passion for food, beverage and hospitality SmartServe certification is a MUST Strong oral and written communication skills Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment highlighting time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift items like boxes of liquor

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
