We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Service Appontment Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Make and receive calls from the dealerships' customers for general information, to set appointments for service work that is due, recalls and/or preventive services. Upselling and providing information on services to customers
Update customer and vehicle information during every contact
Converse with customers to discuss their needs; listening skills and determination of next steps are essential
Record a clear representation of customers' concerns in the appointment in PBS
Is often the customers first point of contact when they have a problem with their vehicle. First impressions are critical to the success of our business.
Presents a positive image of the dealership with a friendly attitude
Works with customers to ensure their enthusiasm
Qualifications
Completion of a high-school diploma
Strong verbal skills (on phone and in person) and written communication skills
Must have strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs
Ability to establish rapport with and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner and relate to customers of various backgrounds
Ability to calm dissatisfied customers, resolve complaints with sensitivity, & involve others when needed
Ability to work with self direction and independence; the better we are at handling calls effectively and efficiently helps address our customers concerns in a timely fashion and keep our shop busy.
Ability to work effectively and congenially with other teams and individuals in the dealership
Basic knowledge of automotive systems, common repair requests and information that Service customers may ask about Is a decisive person who is genuinely customer-oriented and cares about helping others.
Projects a professional company image through telephone interaction, in person and written communication.
