is presently looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual to work as a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet customers on the phone or in the Dealership, promptly and in a courteous manner.
Schedule appointments based on service calls and maintain the appointment scheduler.
Monitoring customer experience and conducting outbound phone calls for customer satisfaction surveys.
Conducting parts follow-up calls.
Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally.
Assisting with customer vehicle pick-up.
Filling in for service advisors when required.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent computer skills.
Automotive training, background, and experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract and criminal record check if hired.
