As the Service and Maintenance Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura's success by coordinating designated service projects and maintenance requests while ensuring that the services are completed in a timely manner and accurately, according to request priorities.

How will you support the team?

Analyze and dispatch appropriate service for required repairs accurately and timely. Respond to all designated service and maintenance requests and log them in a timely manner. Issue Purchase Orders to service contractors and enter them in the databases. Ensure that requests are processed according to their priority level. Take over AquaTerra maintenance for stores and Head Office. Select the service and maintenance companies offering the best prices for the required services. Maintain the maintenance databases and their structure. Verify invoices and negotiate the cost vs work if necessary. Follow up on cleaning services (i.e. floors, carpets, wood, tiles, v.c.t., and windows) and ensure the job was done satisfactorily by reviewing the store inspection reports, and communicate the comments to the suppliers. Verify that information on invoices and Purchase Orders is complete for payment. Ensure all schedules for the cleaning of the stores (i.e. floors, carpets, wood, tiles, v.c.t., and windows) are respected and adjust them if necessary. Evaluate quotes according to leasing information. Communicate with insurer regarding building maintenance related inquiries and audits. Manage various special projects related to service and maintenance as requested by the Construction Project Manager
