Service and Administrative Coordinator

Bellville, Ontario

Full-time and permanent position working fully on-site.

Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job responsibilities:

Participates in the daily branch administration:


Answer phone lines and transfer calls. Order office, breakroom, and bathroom supplies. Order business cards and sales support items as requested. Order Uniforms for technicians. Work order management, Open and close work orders, Send PO's. Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and contracts Complete Service and repairs quotes. Complete purchase orders and prepare them for the technicians. Back up for Payroll Back up for Dispatch Additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a similar position Diploma in business administration or similar Dispatch experience is an asset Experience working in the mechanical / construction industry is an asset
