The Service Advisor's role is to be the dealership's first line of customer service. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Vision Ford brand.

Responsibilities
Be the first-point of contact for customers in the Service Department
Sell products or services that will maintain vehicles
Schedule the work for technicians, in the service shop
Discuss with customers the recommended or required services for their vehicle
Gather information on vehicle condition from the technicians in order to inform the customer on recommended or urgently required services
Explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of delaying repairs to customers
Qualifications
Must be able to speak in English and French
High school diploma, or equivalent, is required
A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sale
Must be able to write in English
Must have a valid driver's licenses and a clean driver's abstract
Strong customer service skills, and problem solving skills
