SERVICE CONSULTANT

for Go Powersports Limited, you will be responsible for managing the service & maintenance of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service

Service Consultant Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide world-class customer service for in-store and telephone/online inquiries, Assist customers in determining their present repair or maintenance needs, documenting relevant customer vehicle data, Provide education to customers regarding the vehicle parts and the benefits of standard maintenance needs & schedules, Book and manage service appointments in all aspects of customer care; Work with Service Technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met, Follow, maintain and complete service standards and training standards, Cross train for the Parts Department

Requirements:

You have excellent communication skills and can actively listen to our customers to ensure their needs are understood and are being met Proficient with basic computer applications and able to learn new service-related platforms quickly. Be a team-player, and contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere in a rapidly change market Our ideal candidate has prior experience in an automotive/powersports sales or repair environment, and prior experience as a Service Writer is especially valuable. You have a valid driver's license and are willing to provide a Driver's Abstract

We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats. We are Nova Scotia's only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
