Service Advisor - Atlantic Trailer & Tractor - Galway, St. John's

Atlantic Trailer & Tractor, located at our new facility at 242 Danny Drive in Galway, St. John's, has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor to join our team. The successful individual will do so in an energetic, confident, and up-beat manner to create a positive customer experience.

This person will be able to effectively greet, advise and respond to the service needs of our diverse customer base. We will give preference to individuals with previous experience in service and/or an in-depth knowledge of the equipment we sell and service along with a keen desire to learn and provide superior customer service. Processing warranty claims will be part of this role so experience with warranty would be an asset.

We are looking for someone who:

Is experienced in the daily operation of a service department within an equipment dealer or similar type business

Will participate in service and product training where applicable

Is computer proficient

Demonstrates good interpersonal skills

Maintains a clean and safe work area.

Wants to go "the extra mile" to ensure a positive Customer purchase experience

Is able to work independently and to think strategically

Is organized and punctual

Salary: Competitive with flexibility depending on candidate's experience/ qualifications

Experience: Preferably 2 years as a service advisor and/ or equivalent experience related to equipment we sell and service.
