What you'll be doing:

Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfaction

What we're looking for:

Experience in automotive or RV service advising is a plus, but not required A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales Tech-savvy mindset--CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License
