Key Responsibilities

Customer Intake & Service Coordination

Greet customers, assess their service needs, and accurately document vehicle details and concerns.

Quote Preparation & Work Order Management

Prepare detailed estimates and create work orders in collaboration with technicians and parts staff.

Customer Communication

Provide clear updates regarding service progress, parts availability, costs, and timelines.

Upselling & Product Knowledge

Recommend maintenance packages, upgrades, and seasonal accessories when appropriate.

Administrative Duties

Close work orders, process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate records within dealership systems.

Issue Resolution

Act promptly to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a service advisor, customer service, or dealership support role (powersports or automotive preferred) Strong mechanical interest or basic technical understanding of recreational vehicles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems Team player with a customer-first attitude

$48,000 - $50,000
