The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Service Advisor for its Meadow Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, has a passion for automobiles and someone who will enjoy working in a team environment.

As the successful applicant you will:

Have superior customer service skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Be extremely organized Pay close attention to detail Be self motivated Ability to work independently and as a team In this exciting role, you will: Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner, let customers who are waiting in line know that they will be helped soon Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate; and approximate time when vehicles work will be completed Obtain customer and vehicle data Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly Review work performed, answer any questions and explain charges and coverage Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership Advise customers of parts ordered and make an appointment to have them installed before customer leaves

Pay: $38,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
