What You'll Be Doing:




Greet Kia owners warmly and professionally, creating a great first impression. Listen carefully to understand concerns and vehicle issues. Review and explain warranty or coverage details in easy-to-follow terms. Provide clear and accurate estimates for parts and labour. Prepare thorough repair orders that outline all service details. Keep customers informed with timely updates and realistic timelines. Maintain service records and ensure all completed work is tracked accurately. Stay up to date on Kia tools, tech and training. Collaborate closely with technicians and fellow team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring to the Team:




1-2 years of experience in customer service, Service Advisor experience is a strong asset. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to make people feel heard and supported. Confidence in speaking with customers in person and on the phone. A positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to help where needed. Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced service department. A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
