We are currently seeking a motivated

Service Advisor

to join our

Ens Toyota Service Department

. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a working knowledge of the field. The successful candidate must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We highly value honesty and integrity as essential traits for this role.


As an Automotive Service Advisor, your pivotal role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of the service department. Operating within a dynamic, high-speed environment, success hinges on proficient communication skills and a deep understanding of the automotive service industry.


This is a

permanent FULL-TIME

position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:



Greet customers and discuss their concerns about their vehicles. Record detailed repair requests and offer maintenance advice, ensuring accuracy in the documentation. Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone. Write and close work orders. Provide vehicle status updates to customers on their repairs and any additional information. Inform clients on warranty policies. Efficiently navigate and troubleshoot clients' concerns and complaints. Book service appointments. Maintain rapport with customers. Offer exemplary customer service. Provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly goals. Communicate with the technicians in the service shop area about work orders and customer updates. Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and those around you. Follow the health and safety requirements required by legislation. Driving customer vehicles around the dealership lot and service area. Maintain acceptable customer survey scores and make customer satisfaction a priority. Communicate any customer concerns that can not be problem-solved to a manager or supervisor. High performance is required; be diligent about booking hours into the service shop.

Qualifications:



Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is an asset. Experience in providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of how vehicles work and a strong understanding of automotive services. Be highly organized and self-motivated. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Working within a team and independently. Proficient computer skills. Attention to detail. Ensuring accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License and clean driving abstract. Be able to provide a cleared background check.
