As a Lincoln Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, assessing vehicle issues, and recommending necessary repairs or maintenance. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with checking in their vehicles for service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages based on customer needs
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an luxury automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus
