Service Writer

to join our growing team. Known for our exceptional customer service, long-standing community relationships, and team-first culture, we're committed to providing reliable solutions and support for our customers -- and the same goes for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and communicate with customers to understand their service needs Create and manage detailed work orders for our service technicians Coordinate service scheduling and dispatch technicians to customer sites Source and pick parts required for work orders in a timely and accurate manner Maintain accurate records of service history and parts used Work closely with our service team and parts department to ensure a smooth workflow Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, customer-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Computer proficiency (experience with service software is an asset) Previous experience in a dealership, service writing, or agricultural/construction equipment industry is a plus -- but we're happy to train the right person!
