As a

Service Advisor

at

Steele Chevrolet

, you're the go-to person for customers bringing in their vehicles for maintenance or repair. You'll greet them with a smile, help sort out what their vehicle needs, provide clear estimates, and keep everything running smoothly from drop-off to pick-up. If you've got great people skills, a solid handle on service basics, and a passion for keeping customers happy, this could be your perfect lane.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23.00, plus performance bonus

What You'll Be Up To:

Chat with customers to get the scoop on what their vehicle's been up to. Check warranty or service coverage and break it down in simple terms. Put together fair and accurate estimates for parts, labour, and everything in between. Create repair orders that tell the full story - what's going on and what needs to be done. Keep customers in the loop with honest updates, timelines, and clear answers to their questions. Stay organized by logging the work and what's been fixed. Stay sharp by keeping up with new training and manufacturer info. Be a team player who's always open to helping out and finding ways to go the extra mile.

What You Bring To The Team:

1-2 years of customer service experience under your belt. Been a Service Advisor before? That's a definite bonus. People skills that make customers feel heard and supported. Clear communication, whether it's face-to-face or over the phone. A team player vibe with a get-it-done attitude. Organized, eager to learn, and ready to roll with a fast-paced day. A valid driver's license and a clean abstract to match.
