to join our busy service department. This role supports Service Advisors by ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Service Advisors with customer check-in and follow-up
Parking customers vehicles
Making sure the parts room is stocked
Update customers on service progress as needed
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Maintain a clean and organized service drive and office area
Experience
Valid Canadian driver's license require
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills: dealership software experience is a plus
Professional appearance and positive attitude
