What You'll Do



Be the face of our service department

- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.

Assess vehicle service needs

- Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders for our technicians.

Provide accurate cost estimates

- Explain repairs and services transparently, ensuring customer confidence.

Coordinate service scheduling

- Efficiently manage service appointments and follow up on customer inquiries.

Upsell value-added services

- Help customers maintain their vehicles by offering preventative maintenance solutions.

Deliver top-tier customer service

- Handle concerns with professionalism and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
