The Fountain Tire Mine Service Distribution Centre at Acheson (9633 266 Street, Acheson, AB) is currently looking for an Inside Sales Associate!

First started in 1956 in Wainwright, Alberta, Fountain Tire expertly combines key factors such as experienced owners, licensed automotive technicians, and quality products to form a company driven to serve. Today, we have over 160 stores spanning as far west as Victoria, British Columbia and as far east as Vaughan, Ontario.

As a Inside Sales Associate, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:

• Procure and ship hardware, tooling and parts to service the client
• Order and receive tire stock through the established computer systems on a timely basis. Verify the requested product is available and providing alternate product if requested is not available on time
• Coding payables and handling inquiries from Finance and Suppliers
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts
• Participate in all safety initiatives
• Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge base of all products and services

What does it take to get on track?

• A Strong focus on Customer Service
• Strong computer skills with intermediate proficiency in all facets of MS Office and Dynamics AX
• Must have drivers license and reliable transportation - NO PUBLIC TRANSIT AVAILABLE
• Experience in Commercial and Mining tires
• Basic computer skills with Windows programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
