Job Duties & Responsibilities:



Responsible for the branch's WIP with a goal of work orders having 14 days or less since last labor. This includes opening work orders, preparing and closing work orders, and working with parts and service to ensure accuracy. Also includes working with Technicians to ensure reports are accurate, correct pictures taken, credits done, etc. Accurately invoice both internal and external customers Communicate with customers via phone and/or email to retrieve purchase orders Covering Branch phone. This includes taking all mainline calls and delegating to correct department, taking messages and following up. Submit and follow up on warranty claims with both Hyundai and Cummins Work together with Service and Parts department personnel on various tasks as required Daily entry of technicians' timecards and reconciling the timesheet at the end or each pay period Monitor and process time off requests and keep track of holiday tracking on excel sheet Learn and work with various networks such as Ariba to invoice and match purchase orders for certain customers. Process SOS Samples. This includes reviewing paperwork that tech filled out is accurate, note which SOS received into memos on work order, and take to Parts Dept for shipping. Monitor and process maintenance contracts. This includes monthly rental billing, and determining what is maintenance contract charge, customer charge, and warranty charge. Work with vendor to ensure correct supply, sizing, and cancellation of technician coveralls. Issuing purchase orders - for sublets, tooling, parts to unit, etc. Issuing credits to customer accounts which includes two different processes depending on if invoice has been closed less than 30 days or more than 30 days.

Qualifications:



Valid class 5 drivers license. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized & Detail Orientated. Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated work habits. Service writing experience

Compensation information:



Salary is between $50,000 and $62,400 annually depending on qualifications & experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
