Reefer Sales and ServicePosition: Service AdministratorLocation: Moncton, NBReports into: Director of Operations, and/or designate* This is not a remote position - You are required to be on-site every day.About The Role:Over the past 30+ years, Reefer Sales has become the leading provider of temperature-managed transportation hardware, equipment, service, and support across North America. We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to grow in our Service department in the Moncton location.About You:

Job Summary:

• Opening and closing of work orders on a client-by-client basis.
• Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and others within the team.
• Assisting with parts & service quotations for service technicians in the field, when needed.
• Responding to customer inquiries of statuses of invoicing.
• Maintaining their work in progress and escalating to their Supervisor/Manager on work orders that require additional information.
• Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work performed.
• Follow-up on jobs internally; coordinating with Parts Department to ensure efficient turnaround times.

Requirements:

• Extremely detailed and well-organized individual.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills, with intermediate to advanced abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
