AgriLink Equipment is searching for an organized, self driven, and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Administrator in our Brownlee location.

AgriLink Equipment is an evolving agriculture equipment dealer providing sales, service, and parts for Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Versatile, Morris, and MacDon product lines from two Saskatchewan locations-Brownlee and Moose Jaw. As Service Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work order for the Service Department. In this customer driven role, you will ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Responsibilities

oReceive, log, and prioritize service requests from clients and ensure prompt assignment to appropriate service teams

oApprove service/work orders; ensuring internal accountability and external customer satisfaction

oSchedule and organize technical service training

oAbility to work within an on-call rotation with overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested

oStay current on vendor updates, warranty polices, or other product changes

oCollaborate and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimize shop efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

oFamiliarity of the agricultural industry

oAdvanced interpersonal and presentation skills

oExcellent verbal and written communications with the ability to build strong customer relationships

oProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs

oValid driver's license required

oAbility to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$330.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
