Seeking a unique individual to consistently provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients to support our promise of Boat Insurance Made Easy!
We are hiring for the following shift:
12:00pm to 8:00pm. - eligible shift premium 10%
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
Sell policies to new and existing clients in accordance with approved processes
Address all inquiries from prospective clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Obtain all necessary details in order to properly rate the risk
Provide certificates of insurance to clients, dealers, and finance companies as requested
Customer Service
Identify, address and resolve client inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
Review policies and report claims
Proactively communicate with clients regarding payment, gather required information, explain coverage changes and limitations
Obtain underwriting approval when needed
Processing
Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements in the appropriate systems in accordance with approved processes
Handle incoming paperwork and client requests in accordance with service level agreements
Maintain database of client information
Email & Voicemail
Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
Follow up on outstanding documentation
Secure customer testimonials
Other projects
Projects as assigned by the management team
Attend courses to further work related education and complete job related self-development
What you'll need
Education
Post-secondary level education
RIBO license (or willingness to obtain)
