Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Serveur ou Serveuse to join our dynamic team at Scores Restaurant in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests enjoy their dining experience. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Ensure timely delivery of orders to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist in managing the all-you-can-eat bar to ensure freshness and quality. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding menu items. Uphold food safety standards throughout service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
