Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Serveur or Serveuse to join our dynamic team at Scores Restaurant in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals to the fullest. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously Take accurate food and drink orders Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met Assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining areas Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Handle cash transactions accurately Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
