• Accueillir les clients et offrir un service prompt aux tables
• Servir les plats et les boissons aux clients en leur formulant des recommandations le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant
• Partager votre connaissance du menu pour r\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions et aux demandes sp\xc3\xa9ciales des clients
• Saisir les transactions dans le syst\xc3\xa8me MICROS sans erreur et en temps opportun
• S\'assurer que les clients sont satisfaits de chaque plat et boisson
• D\xc3\xa9barrasser les tables, effectuer les t\xc3\xa2ches de cl\xc3\xb4ture et replacer les couverts et autres fournitures

Qualifications que nous recherchons

• Excellentes aptitudes de communication et esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe

• \xc3\x89tat d\'esprit positif et personnalit\xc3\xa9 extravertie
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure du service constitue un atout important.

Ce travail n\xc3\xa9cessite d\'\xc3\xaatre en mesure de soulever et de d\xc3\xa9placer des articles pouvant peser jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 25 lb (11 kg). Il est \xc3\xa9galement requis de se tenir debout ou assis ou de marcher pendant des p\xc3\xa9riodes prolong\xc3\xa9es, ainsi que de veiller \xc3\xa0 maintenir une apparence professionnelle soign\xc3\xa9e dans un uniforme propre. The impact you are going to have

You know all the details of our menu and do not hesitate to share your expertise with our customers. When dining with us, your warm welcome, the careful presentation of the table and your friendly attitude do not leave customers indifferent. Every day, you strive to provide all customers with an experience they will remember for a long time.

Tasks to accomplish

• Greet customers and provide prompt service at tables
• Serve food and drinks to customers, making recommendations where appropriate
• Share your knowledge of the menu to answer customer questions and special requests
• Enter transactions into the MICROS system error-free and in a timely manner
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with every dish and drink
• Clear tables, complete closing tasks and replace cutlery and other supplies

Qualifications we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit

• Positive mindset and outgoing personality
• Previous service experience is an important asset.

This job requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg). Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time is also required, as well as maintaining a neat professional appearance in a clean uniform. Before starting this role, we will require you to complete safety training and certification.
