We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including table settings and utensils Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Basic math skills for billing, cashiering, and upselling purposes Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction
