We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Serveur to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Micros POS system. Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring timely delivery. Manage guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math for billing purposes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in serving, guest services, or hospitality is highly desirable.
