We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred, particularly in a server role within the food industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
