We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with professionalism and flair.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
