Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure all food is prepared according to safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met. Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential for ensuring guest safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
