Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenueRequirements:
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to handle food in a sanitary manner
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
