As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner to create a welcoming environment. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred; experience in the food industry is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to handle food safely and adhere to health regulations. Experience in serving or food handling is advantageous. Barista experience is a nice-to-have for establishments that serve coffee or specialty drinks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
