Duties

Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Monitor tables for customer satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience in the food industry, particularly in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
