Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and handling standards. Assist in the sanitation of tables, utensils, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge of menu items.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required. Experience leading a team Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations. Familiarity with POS systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
