Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest engagement.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service or food service. Strong understanding of food safety practices and handling procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus, showcasing versatility in hospitality settings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the food industry are essential.
