Shifts 8am --3pm or 1 pm to 9 pm -Must speak fluent English to explain daily specials and menu items.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, including basic cooking tasks or barista duties.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving, food preparation, or food handling is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment. A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in serving coffee or specialty beverages. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Pay: $17.20-$55.00 per hour
