Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes is a plus. Experience using POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
