We are seeking a motivated and experienced server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Train, mentor, and lead team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards. Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality presentation. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for improvement. Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus. Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
