Previous restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued to maintain high-quality service and uphold industry best practices.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations when appropriate Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts Follow proper food safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Manage transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently

Experience

Prior restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving roles Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Barista experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness Experience in food preparation or food service is advantageous for supporting team efforts
