We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Multiple positions are available immediately.

As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed. Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction. Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures. Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of menu items, food preparation techniques, and customer service skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is mandatory and required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
