Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional support to our servers and ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly. This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Help with the preparation of service items, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments. Monitor guest needs and provide assistance as required, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any special requests. Support the team in maintaining a positive atmosphere by assisting with various tasks as needed during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
