Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Assist with food preparation as needed, including setting up stations for service.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service in the food industry. Familiarity with serving techniques and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in food handling and preparation is advantageous. Barista experience or knowledge of beverage service is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are required. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests is essential for success in this role. Pay: $17.20-$29.97 per hour
