We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly mixing and serving beverages. Your ability to manage time efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and handling cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders when necessary. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.39-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
