Duties

Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and explaining daily specials Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Process payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a focus on food service and hospitality Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
