Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and service.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving or food service role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
