We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering duties
Manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring timely service and upselling menu items when appropriate
Maintain proper food safety practices and sanitation protocols at all times
Support team members during busy periods to ensure excellent guest service
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Uphold a welcoming environment by providing friendly guest services and addressing customer inquiries
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the food industry
Prior experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
