We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the kitchen staff in various food preparation and service tasks, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support food service operations by serving meals to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Handle food items safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal delivery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
