Responsibilities

The Server

Interact with guests and suggest items that meet their needs Deliver an unpretentious, social experience Process orders and payments in a timely manner Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations Promote and engage all guests in promotions Adhere to the health and safety policies and procedures outlined in the health and safety program Smart Serve

The Hosts

Main duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting and seating customers Cleaning tables Running food to tables Polishing cutlery
